The whistleblowing function is about reporting illegal or suspected illegal acts and breaches of the DistITs Code of Conduct. We are keen to identify irregularities in our business. Examples of irregularities include sexual harassment, fraud, corruption, discrimination and human- & environmental rights violations.

All employees have both the right and responsibility to report irregularities regarding corruption, abuse of status, fraud, financial crime, serious misconduct or environmental crime.

Information about the whistleblowing function, how it works and how employees can submit concerns should be available on each subsidiary's website.

Reports may be written anonymously and/or confidential. Complaints or reports of irregularities shall be sent to Arne Myhrman, Chairman of the Board, DistIT AB, arne.myhrman@distit.se, which is responsible for handling cases promptly.
